Interview
You conduct the 1st screening using Fireflies notetaker. Share the recording with us if they're a fit — we handle the rest.

Get Paid
Once your candidate is hired, you receive your fixed fee directly via bank transfer or Wise. Simple as that.
Open Roles
Exceptional English Proficiency
Both written and spoken. Candidates will be communicating directly with North American clients — fluency is non-negotiable.
QuickBooks Online & Xero Experience
Hands-on experience with both QBO and Xero is required. These tools are core to our tech stack and used daily.
Multi-Client Experience
Has managed bookkeeping or accounting across multiple clients simultaneously — in a firm or fractional setting, not just in-house at a single company.

Fee Structure
Senior Accountant
$1,500 CAD fixed fee per successful hire
Accounting Manager
$3,000 CAD fixed fee per successful hire
Payment is triggered when your candidate is officially hired by UpCounting. Paid via bank transfer or Wise directly to you.
Ownership & Eligibility Rules
First valid submission wins — ownership is protected for 6 months from submission date
Payment method: Bank transfer or Wise, paid directly to the recruiter
No Commission Applies When
The candidate was already in our pipeline or applied directly previously
The submission was made via email or DM rather than the official form
